Fun on every level, space for friends a plenty, a fantastic view of the lake, the use of a shared jetty, walking distance to the famed Okere Falls Store and river walk.
With a reserve between you and the lake, there's room for backyard cricket or a round of Klop, followed by a soak in the hot tub or sit around the outdoor fire and chill after a days play on the lake.
This fully renovated home has a cozy lounge with a fire place and a view to the lake. The dining, kitchen and bar area flow on to the outdoor entertainment area with lounge and dining in front of the outdoor fire and hot tub.
The games room offers a teenage heaven with 2 trundle beds, a pool table, table tennis, darts, tv and more.
There are two bedrooms on the main living level (split level up a few stairs) and the other two bedrooms are located up the spiral stair in the peak of the a frame.
